As someone who was abused into thinking I had to be productive to be worth anything to the point of burning out, screw this noise. A small treat keeps the flame alive, keeps us from offing ourselves, keeps us *more* productive, so it's a net good! We owe it to ourselves to love enjoy life a tiny bit
