1. Were school lunch contractors obliged to pay staff at least the LW?
2. If not, why not? (It was the law, wasn't it?)
3. If so, is Willis getting rid of LW in govt contracts anything to do with trying to make school lunch contracts more viable?

The LW is $27.80 an hour. Dropping to minimum wage would mean losing $186 a week for a full-time worker - or $9,672 a year. How will that benefit anyone? It just means more child poverty, higher welfare payments, and more income insecurity. Is this really how we "go for growth"?
