if you wanna be mercenary about it bc you're allergic to soft and nice things: having a miserable teammate breaks feedback funnels and slows production. they break communication channels. people spend valuable time and energy tiptoeing around a volatile team member.

I truly can't stress this enough: No one's art is good enough to justify them being miserable to work with. Almost everyone I've worked with has been wonderful, but the handful of folks that weren't brought the whole team down by being egotistical, sexist, condescending, etc.

Love making trees
My voxel take on a Golden Chain tree, commonly found in the UK. Not so fun fact, the bark is toxic to dogs a voxel model of the most common tree in the UK, the London Plane. It was a tree bred to grow in the UK as it is strong enough to thrive in winter and root through clay ground.

BREAKING: Yesterday Grand Theft Auto VI maker Rockstar Games fired dozens of people, all of whom were involved in union efforts. A British union calls it "blatant and ruthless" union-busting. Take-Two Interactive says it was due to misconduct.

Here's some of my art:
Game screenshot from environment in Sniper Elite: Resistance by Rebellion. Depicts muddy banks and bunkers in 3D that I worked on. Everything is grassy and wet and muddy. Another Sniper Elite: Resistance screenshot. This one shows a dam that has been damaged. An UE5 screenshot of a scene of a ruined interior. Light spills inside from the daylight outside. There is a rock orb in the middle of the composition and it floats. On its ends there are blue crystals. A Japanese shrine depicted in 3D with fantasy twists. Showcases early morning scene with lots of wooden structures and orange bamboo candles. Unreal Engine 4 artwork. Artist signature in the corner says the art was made 2018.
