My ex is on this app. He’s a perm resident of Canada, not a citizen, & now as radicalized an anti-U.S. as I’ve ever seen. Truly an idiot without the critical thinking skills to realize that this was a coup, and most of us are horrified at what’s happening. He blames us all. I’m so glad I dumped him.

Canadians blaming all Americans for this, are you serious? Do you blame Palestinians for Hamas? Do you blame all Russians for Putin? Do you blame all Afghanis for the Taliban? What do you think of those of us who did the work beyond voting for sanity? I don’t understand this logic and I rebuke it.

You just never know what’s going on in other’s lives, do you? Where their heads might be, whether they’re teetering on a tightrope and one insensitive word or ignored sign of trouble might knock them off. I wonder whether living in a world that’s on fire justifies ignoring someone like that.
