@sanders.senate.gov Ross was stationed at El Paso Texas border patrol 2007 to 2015. From 2010 2012 office under review DHS intentionally, stepping in front of vehicles, 62 & shooting 2013 a police review they stepped in front of vehicle 67 times to justify shooting 19 deaths

Yep, it's a thorny question for legal minds, but I think a critical one.
I just noticed that we're so used to seeing the masked "agents" we don't even question it anymore.
It should be central and FIRST in EVERY legal endeavor surrounding ICE. No warrants, no ID, no way to tell the legitimate ones.

Question for legal minds...if ICE agents refuse to provide identification, doesn't that make it legal for citizens to act out in defense? We dont know who they really are. They refuse to provide identification. Fighting back seems beyond legal to me.
