Iran’s Reservoirs Dry Amid Worsening Drought 💧
Satellite timelapse (2020–2025) of Tabarak Dam shows severe water loss. Verified by precipitation and temperature data, it proves persistent drought, heat intensification, and mismanagement accelerating Iran’s alarming reservoir depletion. 🚰🚿

Huge dust storms in Pakistan, seen by the @esa.int / @ec.europa.eu Sentinel-2B and Sentinel-3B satellites on 4th November.
Neither satellite was designed to monitor dust plumes, so it's impressive how much information they give us about the detail and extent of these storms!

The team are on the way to Halley Research Station on the Brunt Ice Shelf.
They were meant to get to Halley today, but weather on the rest of their route is causing delays. Not a bad view to wait with though, eh?
