Former opposition leader’s death while in Arctic jail at age of 47 result of mixture of diseases, according to Moscow
The Foreign Office has blamed the Russian state for the death of opposition leader Alexei Navalny, which it said was the result of poisoning from a dart containing frog toxin.

After a trial over the last few years, Ireland has launched a permanent scheme giving a basic income of €325 a week for artists.
2,000 will be eligible, and successful recipients will be chosen at random from applicants, who must be "professional artists" (definition tbc).

I don't understand why so many Irish cafes etc don't have bloody hooks? It's winter, I have a coat, bag & an umbrella & I don't want to put any of it on a dirty toilet floor
