I’ve gone on record saying many times before that if and when this shitstorm era of America comes to an end we have got to put tighter regulations on who is allowed to hold office… and I think this explanation is the perfect summary for why I think that.
The DHS Form-205, a “warrant” of removal/deportation, is signed by an ICE official, not a judge. That’s precisely why it does not meet the Fourth Amendment standard.
(JD did go to Yale Law School so he legit may not know how the Fourth Amendment works)
