We found these near three Australian Magpies trying to open a discarded cardboard box of rice. They were polite and friendly to each other and Bernie the Elder Cockatiel. Feathers are likely from a grooming and play session.

Gosh, what an idea!
New research found a simple routine of 30 minutes sitting followed by 15 minutes of standing can improve lower back pain, improve focus, reduce stress and encourage regular movement patterns for employees in sedentary work environments.
