This is another excellent reason for the BBC not to cave in to Trump's threats.
I mean, he's no longer pretending that it's anything other than a protection racket.
"Nice media corporation you've got there. Shame if something was to happen to it!"
Lawyers in the US are apparently lining up to defend the Beeb pro Bono (for free) because to go to court would mean a public examination of King Donald the Mad's conduct before and after the riot.

Not to mention the programme wasn’t shown in US and he won the election anyway.

Keir Starmer has spent months cosying up to Trump.

If he can’t stop him attacking one of our most precious institutions and hitting millions of licence fee payers in the pocket, what was the point?

It was great to join BBC Radio Oxford yesterday to take calls from listeners.

I am so pleased to see progress on Lodge Hill after many years of campaigning on this issue by local residents and Oxfordshire Lib Dems.

The works will greatly improve congestion around Abingdon.

I think the BBC should not pay a single penny to Trump www.bbc.com/news/article... The lesson always is that you don't give in to bullies - they only come back for more.

I'm very pleased to see the announcement that PCCs are being abolished at the end of their current term. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article... - which was... (just checking notes)... a Lib Dem manifesto pledge! As was votes for 16 & 17 year olds. I never mind another party stealing our good ideas!
Police and crime commissioners to be scrapped in England and Wales
The government says it will save £100m over this Parliament and less than 20% of voters can name their PCC.

Fantastic to meet Teddy - a PTSD assistance dog - and his handler🐾

Too many service dog users are still being turned away from shops and pubs. That's not just wrong, it's illegal.

We need to do more to explain the vital work these dogs do 💜

Absolutely right. I criticise BBC News, because we need it to be as good as we know it can be. People like Farage criticise the BBC, because they work for its competitors and don't want it to exist.
🎯 Davey is spot on. "We can have criticism of the BBC, but within that, we need to recognise how valuable an institution it is [and how] precious to our country. And that's one of the reasons why people like President Trump and Nigel Farage, want to undermine the BBC." 👏🏽~AA
