The Government has published its Road Safety Strategy, including guidance on setting speed limits and includes proposals on drink-drive limits and introducing a minimum learning period for learner drivers, and mandatory eye-testing for older drivers.

Surrey Heath’s Lib Dem Council has produced a letter that can be hand delivered by councillors to help those who may be eligible are eligible for Pension Credit and potentially Attendance Allowance but not claiming at the moment
