Disabled Londoners sounded the alarm before Grenfell, but were ignored. We can't make that mistake again. I'm glad the London Assembly listened to concerns from @inclusionlondon.bsky.social and backed our motion for the Mayor to work with government to strengthen regulations for PEEPS.

South Wimbledon station needs step-free access! Today I presented the @mertonlibdems.bsky.social petition at the London Assembly signed by over 1000 local residents who are fed up waiting. It's time TfL stopped dragging their heels and got on with it!

We could have saved our police front counters but Labour and Greens voted against the Lib Dem proposal to fund keeping them open. Labour also voted against investing more to tackle holiday hunger. Such a disappointment - we can’t trust Labour in London www.mylondon.news/news/zone-1-...

Homelessness in #London costs boroughs £5.5 million per day.

Last night volunteering for the charity Who Is Hussain was sobering and an honour.

But it has made me even more determined to focus on the need to eradicate #Homelessness for good.

So pleased to meet Lina Usma who will be standing in St George’s ward. She previously stood for the Green Party but knows that @southwarklibdems.bsky.social are the only party who can beat Labour in the next local elections.

Great coverage of today’s launch of our campaign to fight tool theft with Ed Davey.

Too many tradespeople like John are being let down, with heartbreaking consequences for their livelihoods. It’s time to sort it out.
