The only thing experiencing liberation in Venezuela is gonna be the oil. This is more or less the worst possible outcome. Venezuelan people won’t see changes in their lives and will continue to live in fear, but a few oil companies will get super rich.
The only thing that might materially change in the immediate is the sanctions being lifted. Which be a huge boost to the Venezuela economy. The American empire seems to have won a vassal state without much of a fight.
So looks like after everything the outcome seems to be a Trump puppet Chavist government. PSUV is staying in power, but they will allow american Oil giants to extract and exploit the country’s reserves. Humiliating both the democratic opposition and anti-imperialists alike.
