PGMOL is effectively a referees union and college, while VAR is the technology tasked with oversight of correcting referees.
PGMOL operates VAR.
Now do you see which acronym is the problem?
Pinned
End PGMOL now.

I'm old enough to remember vividly the glory days of Sir Matt's 1968 team. The great man was always way ahead of the crowd. He was so right on this. He would be horrified with Ratcliffe.

RIP Sir Matt - Mr Manchester United

Ratcliffes bullshit is now lead story at the BBC, and front page at the Mirror, Express and Star.

The BBC and Mirror are obvious objectors but the Express?
its like the pot calling the kettle black.

It shows just how quickly the right will close shop to protect its own piece of the pie. 🤢

6 days ago I reposted this while pondering our own name.

The poll is closed and the name is decided.

We are now officially redubbed "Run By A Racist F.C."😢
Not often we can agree with scousers, but randomly raising problematic issues wasnt ever going to work, so perhaps its time we all reference problems permenently via rebranding.

But the range of names that could be created for us is truly mindboggling...

My delight in seeing Saudi Arabia FC have been knocked out of the League Cup is marred somewhat by noting that it’s 130 Charges FC that did the knocking. Still, at least we can all cheer on Set Pieces FC in the final, that paragon of virtue who kept Thomas Partey & is sponsored by Visit Rwanda 🙃

Im burning off the rage by wandering the house and tidying but every time I go to the kitchen the dogs devastated that I didnt make a cuppa so he could get a share of the biscuits.

Can honestly say Ive never seen my dog look both so crestfallen and confused. Its not a good look on a labrador. 😂

Jim Ratcliffe owns a football team full of foreigners. I wonder if he would also say Manchester United has been “colonised”? What do they make of his comments?

Manchester City and Manchester United are now run by people aiding the rise of the far-right in the UK. We need to talk about billionaires but we also need to talk again about who we allow to run our football clubs www.mirror.co.uk/sport/footba...

Last year Ratcliffe threatened to walk away if he ever got the kind of hostility the Glazers get from United fans. Well, hopefully pedalling far right "great replacement" conspiracy theories is all the fuel we need to get this parasite out of our club and send him packing back to Monaco

"I mean, the UK has been colonised. It's costing too much money. The UK has been colonised by immigrants, really, hasn't it?”

These fellas would like a word, Jim. Bigger United legends than you’ll ever be.

Its age not isolation.

There comes a point in time where every old git reverts to a time of their youth, and become so addled they forget the changes of 50 years and flicker between the present and their childhood.

But noone ever asks about their childhood so theres no grounding reference.
Problem with people like Ratcliffe, Dyson et al, is they're isolated from reality, they really think they speak for the people, and no one close to them has the balls to call them a stupid old cunt and punch them in the fucking face.

Those eyes tell the complete story.

The vile old hypocrite will have his own personal circle of hell soon enough and I really hope its particularly and repetitively excrutiating.

I can live with dumbed down "Britain has been colonised by immigrants" because Sir Jim is an old git reverting to childhood and simpler times and frankly, dementia.

But to claim "Nigel is an intelligent man" about Farage pisses me right off.

Agreed.

A lot of our guys not at their best today, another test for Carrick now to see if he can pick the players up and get them firing again.
I will take a poor draw over a loss anyday. West Ham defended for thieir lives but in the end it pays to have plenty attacking threats.

Sesko post match interview was spot on.

Not caried away at all and points out theyre disappointed.

Also nice to hear Nicky Butts praise, about time the old guys read the room.😂

Plenty of positives, IF they heed the warning signs tonight.

Still unbeaten,
Licha solidifying the world class player he is,
Sesko grabbing a big goal,
JZ shaking off a bit of rust
Leny looking like he hasnt missed games at all.

Honestly, id have taken a draw at HT too.
February 10, 2026 at 10:22 PM
Great, great point.

But really poor tonight, players look flat and exhausted, yet its the first midweek fixture in a while. All looking a bit Arsenal 10 years ago, overplaying in search of perfect opportunities.

Carrricks gotta freshen it up a touch, just didnt really look like scoring tonight.

How can one nation produce such spectacularly good players and simultaneousely produce the worst fun-sucking anti-football managers weve ever had the misfortune to witness in the Premier League?
February 10, 2026 at 9:55 PM
Soucek commits foul worth a yellow, another player geets in the ear of the ref and he gives him the yellow instead.

Simon Hooper is so dim he doesnt even realise West Ham are playing him.

Use of VAR has been spectacularly bad all season and is affecting games.

We have to get the clowns off of VAR and get qualified tech guys in there that can press a pause button at the correct time index.
