CBS is cooked. It's been a few decades coming but we are witnessing the death of American journalism. Nothing good follows in the aftermath of that.
Per NY Times’s Michael Grynbaum on X, this is Sharyn Alfonsi’s email to her “60 Minutes” colleagues in full:

No one is going to tune in to CBS because they know it won’t be critical of Trump but lots of people will tune out for that reason. Spiking the CECOT story to curry favor is a terrible moral and journalistic decision — but it’s also a terrible business decision.

Q: By any metric, the Israelis are flouting the ceasefire Trump negotiated by killing an average of 2 children a day, not allowing aid into Gaza. How long can the Israelis be allowed to show such disrespect to President Trump?

People are rightly highlighting all of the ways that Wolf is a crank, but I'd like to remind people that back in 2012, Wolf published a mind-numbingly dumb book about vaginas and Nursing Clio devoted a whole week of posts debunking all the stupid things she wrote.
You’ll never guess who else experienced ‘racism’ on the job market despite their unimpeachable academic credentials.

And he was a passionate progressive advocate—and a great guy, full of stories and enthusiasm, to spend time with. A horrific end to a horrific weekend.
