The most CRITICAL fact one needs to know about the local politics in my region is that THE GULLS RUN THIS PORT CITY and OWN at least 6 of the LOCAL MCDONALD's FRANCHISES because they LOVE the famous chain's FRIES and MILKSHAKEs. Also, they are OF COURSE EXTREMELY CORRUPT as one might presume.

It has been 136 days since Houston officially recorded a 90-degree day, back on October 27. Today, that may change. Parts of the region will hit likely hit 90 degrees. But that does not mean spring is over. Most of the next 10 days, including this weekend, should bring beautiful weather.
