Having grown up in a big house that was not walkable to anything and then several smaller spaces walkable to cool stuff, this is 100% true, with the one exception that you can literally never have enough kitchen storage space

Once in Florida we stayed in a condo backing up to a golf course and the golfers were all TERRIBLE. I watched one guy practice his swing like five times and then a sandhill crane let out a huge mating HONK on his actual swing and he whiffed it 3 feet sideways into the sand. I think he heard me laugh

I realize this is an unpopular sentiment because we all presumably want him to eat shit as a human, but the sports fan in me always finds the on-field endings of careers like Aaron Rodgers’ to be sad. instead of hanging it up after a good season, they hold on for a few more years and we see *this*
