Keep in mind that the EHRC issued an ‘update’, aka a view. It used language that aims to give the impression of legal certainty - not least to politicians - but no organisation is required to give it any attention. We’d suggest any business consult a specialist lawyer on what the ruling may mean.

I'm sure suing the NHS and depriving it of money will definitely make it safer for women. And forcing trans men to be placed in women's wards won't cause any problems at all.

Attacking the rights of a marginalised group isn’t a win for feminism.
Demanding that women be defined by our biology isn't a win for feminism.

Going in to 2025, its important that you *actually own* the queer and trans literature you consume. That's why for ebooks you should always look for DRM-free storefronts like Itch, or an author/publisher's website, where you can buy a downloadable .epub you can read anywhere, and is yours forever

When you make purchases on Itch, the files are yours to keep forever. You aren't "licensing" it; Amazon can't delete it from your library.
