Good god dude... That’s like saying poverty ends if people just budget better. Individual effort matters but systemic patterns don’t vanish with self-help books. Re-evaluate your understanding of what systemic means if you don't see that the drivers of these issues are in fact systemic.

In the vein of toxic men who always ask "what about men's day" a periodic reminder that these do exist, but shouldn't be for the reasons they think.
There are issues for men that are good and healthy to talk about, and they need to be talked about separate from reactionary exclusion of others
