I am a TV journalist so by definition, I watch A LOT OF TV.
I cannot think of a single drama in which this - or anything like this - has happened.
This geezer is just making shit up. And the increasingly laughably self-styled Newspaper of Record is publishing it.

Under construction: a new zebra crossing across Maple Street in Fitzrovia, right next to the BT Tower. Been pressing for this for some time! All part of the Cleveland Street cycling and walking changes we have worked on with Westminster 🦓

Really pleased to see Westminster leading cross-borough street works with Camden.

Cycleway 63 and improvements along Cleveland St will make it safer & more pleasant for people cycling & walking between these two boroughs.

I've long feared such an attack targeted at LGBT people in London--and it looks like it's what happened in the Shaftesbury Avenue murder. (And this involved racist attacks too.)

We have the ability to address the means, if not the motive. We should seize it.

If it is serious about protecting everyone’s health, we will also need a legal commitment to reducing NO2. Many areas have been in breach of legal limits for 15 years. #AirPollution #Dieselgate
