Late post from our time out and about in Fitzrovia today talking to residents.

People very pleased with the green spaces investment, such as at Crabtree Fields, which now has clearer sight lines and a stronger feeling of safety 🌳🌹

Please check out the proposals for a "Cyclops" junction on York Way, north of King's Cross.

This would completely separate pedestrians and people cycling from motor traffic, improving safety.

Joint project with Islington!

Early start to check out Camden's new pavement jet-washing service in action, getting rid of ingrained dirt from our high streets and other hotspots. 😀

It was great to see around inside the Black Cap, whose renovation is now under way! Among the many things that have got us to this point are the determination of the council and use of planning policy to protect this as a cabaret and LGBT venue 💪🏻🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

From grey to green (and all the colours) – here's the same spot just a few years apart, delivered as part of a Healthy School Street.

We're taking every opportunity we can to put in new planting, trees, seating, space for people. Camden is changing! 🌹

Good to be at #PrideInLondon today. It's more important than ever–with political forces round the world that think lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans people shouldn't be able to just live their lives–and are campaigning hard on this. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️
