If your game has voice acting, then working with the voice actors is half of your writing process. It's not complete until you've heard it interpreted and reimagined by a voice actor. And they always reimagine it in ways that elevate the writing, in ways you never would have imagined yourself.

I did this the other day. There were two people sitting outside of a place for some sort of survey or donations and one of them commented on my CV shirt. They then started telling their coworker/friend about how much they liked the show, and I just smiled and slinked away like a weirdo. 😬😂
@samueldeats.bsky.social is weird about telling people he worked on Castlevania so when the hotel employee commented on his CV shirt and started talking about the final battle in S4 Sam was like haha yeah that one was difficult and the guy was like haha yeah?

Hrm, the plot thickens — it appears several book listings on LibGen have incorrect crediting, which means the list of books Anthropic mined may be WAY bigger than authors know. I found several of my old Brady Games books on there, incorrectly credited.
Just a reminder to check for your name in this list of books that OpenAI trained from. If your name is there, they probably owe you several thousand dollars.
OpenAI cried that if everyone eligible author files, the company will go bankrupt, so I'm alerting every author I have ever spoken to.
