Get involved in building a blue wave for next year and the future
That’s why reimagining voter outreach is so important. With our Ground Truth canvassing initiative, we’ve started early, listening deeply to voters, and laying the foundation not only for success next year, but in 2028 and beyond.

Should you run for office? Do you know someone who should?
5000 people have signed up to run for office with @runforsomething.net in the last week. Between the election wins & the shutdown fury, we’re taking that momentum in to 2026.

Seattle voters, check whether your ballot needs curing
SEATTLE!!!

We’ve now taken the lead by 91 votes! 🤯 This thing is certainly not over! Over 1,000 ballots have been challenged, so if you haven’t tracked your ballot yet get on it! Our trusty volunteers have been working hard to "cure" ballots so they count! We're so close!

Call right now!
Call the United States Capitol switchboard at (202) 224-3121 and they will connect you with your senator's office.

If you're represented by one of the squishier centrists, be sure to make a call. Now.
Sounds like the squishes in the senate caucus are ready to pull the plug with no ACA changes. This is real. If you want to register your opinion you shld call yr senator in the next hour. They not only want to reopen w/nothing. They want cover from their colleagues who still want to hold out.

we're all tired of the, frankly, bullshit candidates that tend to run in seats like this. R+10 often gets you some suit with rich friends and a platform written by someone who's never been to the state. That's not what's happening here.

Check your ballot Seattle friends.

You can also sign up for alerts so you know when it’s been counted or if there are any issues.
There's lot of challenged ballots in Seattle. Challenged ballots disproportionately skew younger with over half from people under age 45.

What a day! What a result! Tuesday, people across the country told Donald Trump and the MAGA GOP what they think about what's going on.

So many victories. Here's a subset (and, of course, actions at the end of the thread). Please reply with additional wins. 1/

If you're still using Twitter/X, it's time to get off it. Also, tell your elected officials, your local media outlets, and your local sports teams it's time for them to leave that platform. Tell them that Elon Musk is trying to destroy democracy around the world and is using Twitter/X to do it
Vital piece of investigative reporting from Sky. They've uncovered the X algorithm which feeds users extremist right wing material from the moment they join the site. It is a far-right radicalisation engine, by design.

Ohio call your state representative and tell them not to destroy public libraries this way
The Ohio House will soon vote on a Republican-backed bill that would allow counties, cities and other local governments to block library levies from the ballot. But libraries said voters deserve the right to make the decision on those money issues.

Bill would let Ohio taxing authorities keep library levies off ballots
Republicans say allowing local taxing authorities in Ohio to block library levies would increase transparency, but libraries say it will hurt them and voters.

This is not all of today's elections, but lists some key races. More than half the states have elections today. Much of the ballot is local elections, the people who are in towns and counties and school boards. If it's Election Day where you live, #GetOutAndVote
Pennsylvania is a state that has really diverse & high stakes, up and down the ballot tomorrow.

—control of state supreme court
—lower state court races
—Philly DA: Krasner's reelect
—important, heated school boards
—partisan battles for county execs in swing counties
—Bucks County at a crossroads
