ICE hasn't stopped brutalizing people or shredding the Constitution, it's just that corporate media turned the camera as the call for action got too loud and the Democrats stepped in and made sure the issue got changed.

Our culture has such a reliance on art, mixed with so much disdain for artists' lives. Someone throws soup at a painting in a gallery or whatever and everyone acts like it's a literal murder, but that level of sympathy is for the object, almost never for the living conditions of artists.

Spirited Away was the first SG film I saw and I still remain completely enamored by it.
One of my favorite movies. It’s gorgeous and magical. I love watching Chihiro’s journey and her realizing how capable and brave she is. I love it so much.
