WOW. A federal judge says he's going to issue a Temporary Restraining Order requiring ICE to make changes at the Broadview facility in Chicago, a facility that until January was only for stays under 12 hours "absent exceptional circumstances," but has become, in Judge Gettleman's words, "a prison."
U.S. Robert Gettleman is now giving his thoughts. He says, "I think the evidence has been pretty strong that this facility is no longer just a temporary holding facility. …

Not only blatantly illegal but setting the employees up for a “lawful termination” by firing them because of the Hatch Act.
NEW—US Department of Education sent out standard Out of Office language to employees on Wednesday in light of shutdown. Later yesterday, workers tell me they found someone had updated their auto-responses without consent to a new one blaming Democrats.

I played against the John Elway coached HS team his son Jack was the QB of. We demolished them. After the game a few of us went up looking for a picture and he flipped us off and started yelling profanities until we walked away.
