There's nothing inherently wrong with climate change. It's just that the ecosystems and built environments that we depend on as life support systems aren't equipped to handle the rapid changes. So if we want to live, we should deal with climate change ASAP.

As a social anthropology graduate (it was, admittedly, a long time ago but it left its mark) I can only add that Jess's point absolutely is an obvious truth.
Sex and gender are social constructs. A judiciary operates within society.

I have already had several lawyers (former and present) reach out to thank me for my bravery in writing this piece. It's astonishing that stating such an obvious truth (that the judiciary cannot avoid the prejudices of the society it operates within) requires courage at all.
