If they attack Greenland, then NATO ends the same day. If they attack Canada, then they attack the Commonwealth. The actions Trump takes will stick with the US for decades, with a simple lesson - the US is an ally we cannot predict, so we cannot trust. That said, Trump does not believe in allies.

The attack on #Venezuela and the capture of the King/Dictator/President is a classic move,. Whilst the old models argue a country shouldn't invade and capture, the US is showing it can and will do precisely that. It's designed to destabilise and make the US unpredictable. It worked.

We need new models of international relations to understand Trump and his administration - put simply, it's a Royal Court, with decisions made by an individual. Allies are transactional, who can face attack if it is seen to benefit the Court.

If having pizza, have an authentic Italian pizza too - these are made with fresh veg and meats, with a great base and real tomato sauce. The cheese is important - it needs to be real cheese, without anything added or taken out. Plus, I've not eaten a burger in years!

People sometimes ask me about my diet and what I eat - it's simple, really! I don't eat anything which wouldn't be recognisable as food 300 years ago. Drop the processed foods, stick to fresh, and get regular exercise. Adopt a simple lifestyle, free from lofty consumption and you'll become healthy!

It is a year since #Kemi #Badenoch became leader of the #ConservativeParty - she's had moments of excellence, esp in #PMQs (same as William Hague), but it has mostly been a difficult year. For 2026 to be better she needs a good story to tell that outlines why she wants to be PM.

Once you've reached your weight goals, maintain it and start a new healthy plan. For example, toning up, vitamin consumption, and food/drink quality. Keep things like alcohol firmly in its place! You control it, not the other way around.

Also, I'd recommend no more than one cheat day per month. Even here, keep in mind the overall aims of the healthy lifestyle. So, keep it moderate and don't overdo the excess consumption. In time, you'll find yourself having fewer cheat days and you'll be okay with it!

Recently I lost 13 stone. Here's how! i) keep an eye on calories to ensure you have a calorie deficit between consumption and burning; ii) cleanse the system regularly with purges that flush the body; iii) drink plenty of water & eat fresh veg; iv) regular exercise; and v) consistency! Stick to it.
