Easiest way is by looking up your command prompt, running as admin, and copying and pasting this command-

reg add "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsCopilot" /v TurnOffWindowsCopilot /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f

Also don't take my word for it, google it to ensure I'm not evil

1) barra de busca do Windows -> "Prompt de Comando" (botão direito "Executar como admin.")
2) colar
