#superfudge
This and Superfudge were probably two of my favorite books until I was about 12. I went from Judy Blume straight to Flowers in the Attic. It was a shock.

saw a copy of Judy Blume's "Then Again Maybe I Won't" in the thrift store and was reminded of being startled by it as a child, all "i loved Superfudge! guess now it's time to read So You've Started Blasting Ropes"

I've been reading Superfudge to my son lately and unfortunately every time Fudge calls his brother 'Pee-tah' I can only think of Lois Griffin

Is it wrong that when I first saw and read this that I thought it said "Superfudge" Brad Schimel?

No not kidding

Another Goodwill, another haul of banned books to put into #LittleLibraries. Plus 'A Mighty Heart' for myself.

This will feel like a joke at first, but Superfudge. I had just read & LOVED Tales of the 4th Grade Nothing. Superfudge’s existence informed me that authors made books. And if you liked one book by an author, you’d likely enjoy another. Following authors (starting with Judy Blume) made me a reader.

SuperFudge encapsulates em all

I feel like it's a little ostentatious to name your kid Superfudge.

Reskeet with a favorite book from your childhood.

One time on the other app a person was defending banning Judy Blume books and I asked the person to show me where Superfudge hurt them.
1. In an extraordinary public flogging, the Florida State Board of Education repeatedly threatened a school superintendent with criminal prosecution unless he removed a Judy Blume book from all library shelves.

One member called the district librarians "child abusers."
Florida's literary inquisition
In a chilling meeting of the Florida State Board of Education last week, a school district superintendent was publicly browbeaten and repeatedly threatened with criminal prosecution.

Just realized all the books I assigned are banned. How the fuck is SUPERFUDGE banned? Charlottes Web? Seriously?
Basically any good book that has some sort of message is banned…
Bring it on, my kiddos are still going to read them. 🤘✊

Just a heads up, I believe the third book in that series - Superfudge - 'outs' Santa Claus. I remember reading it in class as a nine year old and watching 20 kids' worlds shatter at once!

Yo. Finding out why the dog’s name was Turtle in Superfudge hit me just as hard as ET.

Grew up reading Judy Blume! 🙌🏻 Superfudge, Tales of a 4th Grade Nothing, Blubber, and Starring Sally J Friedman As Herself were a few of my favorites... and I would re-read them again & again. 😊

Not being in any "Starter Packs" feels a lot like when kids picked dodgeball teams in junior high, so I'll be over here in the corner reading "Superfudge" for the seventh time.

Outback Steakhouse and the author of "Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret" are doing a cross-promotion called the "Judy Bloomin' Onion". They'll probably do a dessert involving some sort of Superfudge as well but nothing confirmed yet.

Superfudge by Judy Blume. For whatever reason, that was first book that popped in my mind and I can’t come up with something that I liked more.

Also Superfudge by Judy Blume.
