If you speak French, this speech is definitely worth listening to ASAP. If you don’t, a translation should soon be out. I pray those voting in Brussels today on the use of the frozen Russian assets have also listened to this speech!

True, but dangerously inaccurate dubs that are literally just someone running a shitty machine translation through a text-to-speech algorithm have been a problem for years, entirely pre-dating the LLM bubble; it just seems like a new thing because YouTube recently made it opt-out rather than opt-in.
