Has anyone told the kiddie rapist the Monroe Doctrine respected existing European colonial possessions but forbade any further European expansion in the hemisphere. Greenland was already a Danish possession in 1823. So Greenland should be off-limits according to the Monroe Doctrine’s ethos.
