I cannot comprehend the level of brain rot it takes to listen to Megyn Kelly talk down to you, after you paid to attend her live speaking tour, and still think you have made the correct choices regarding your political alignments

The importance of language really cannot be overstated. It hurts my brain that Brits will go on holiday to all four corners of the globe and will find that even in, say, rural Vietnam you can find English speakers, and then wonder why so many refugees choose an English-speaking country

YOU'RE NOT FUCKING LISTENING YOU ARE SPEAKING OVER THE PEOPLE YOU PROFESS TO BE ALLIES TO

Has he now started speaking on sentence fragments?

His brain is decomposing in real time

I start slowly getting more and more tired, and my legs start feeling super heavy

And if I accidentally go beyond my two hour limit

(which is incredibly easy to do)

then I start to get clumsy, have massive brain fog and trouble speaking, and have to do complete rest for hours/days

to hear them speaking. My brain is focused on something else. And this is hard to explain to folks. I try really hard to be normal. I do a lot of inner work on myself and physical work as well. But I still struggle and always will. 2/5

every time you people start posting about Olivia Nuzzi my brain goes into a protective posture and summons forth a woman with an enormous perm saying "yes, that's French they're speaking, but these children aren't French - they're American."

We all saw him at every speaking opportunity. Only one presidential candidate on that stage had a working brain and it was the one who’d won a head to head race who was forced out

Was reminded of how much I used to love Far Side comics by Gary Larson. I had one of those, one-a-day tear off calendars.

This one is strangely prescient for modern day.

unfortunately for my haters, while I am in many ways a real dummy I am also statistically speaking what's known as a "brain genius" when it comes to reading comprehension. try something like "you're selfish and prioritize your own comfort over serving others" instead
I was born with the "it's only funny to me when someone insults me with something that is completely & totally untrue" gene activated, but I've come to understand that I may be built different in this area

Olivia Nuzzi: "The Politician was just so charming, his brain worm is so charming, I was so charmed, he is so misunderstood, he's just passionate"

Meanwhile RFK Jr: "Stuff your faces with butter, cheese and red meat, folks, we're ENDING THE WAR ON SATURATED FATS"

Was that Bobbie speaking or the brain parasite?

Across the forehead...

*Squeezes his chin. Pictured below*

... A cursed technique that requires swapping the brain?

*He's more mumbling to himself, rather than actually speaking to Sans.*

Speaking as a stroke survivor, it would be really cool if people stopped blaming his shift to the right on his stroke, brain damage, etc. After my CVT, I had to relearn how to read, write, and speak, but you know what I didn't have to relearn? How to not be a racist asshole.

I read Slaughterhouse-Five when I was 15 and it was the first time I heard an author speaking directly to me. Vonnegut cracked a door open in my brain through which I could have a personal connection with literature.

oh hey speaking of: happy pub day to @qntm.org, whose ANTIMEMETICS DIVISION is *the* most brain-bendingly playful piece of fiction in years. A text that tries at times to erase itself while you're reading it, that challenges every rule of storytelling, and does so with in-fiction reasons. Genius.

and I had a "talking without speaking" moment with my roommate who was on acid also. we had just come out of our temporary paralysis on the floor of listening to the album lola versus powerman by the kinks, and it's almost like our brain waves were on the exact same frequency.

Speaking of sleazy, caught some of this guy the other night. Doing the worst damage possible to the soft brain losers watching him.

Study of 86,000 participants across 27 European counties suggests that speaking multiple languages may halve the risk of accelerated brain ageing and help protect against cognitive decline.
Want a younger brain? Learn another language
A vast study suggests that being multilingual can slow down cognitive ageing.

I agree! I went door to door campaigning for him. I remember holding my breath when he spoke at a rally in Bucks County. He was recovering from a stroke and speaking publicly again was unpredictable. Con artist, damaged brain, or power hungry? What a huge disappointment!

Imma tell you guys a secret: whenever you catch me repeatedly using the same word, or turn of phrase, it's because I am tired, English is my second language and my brain has decided that speaking 1.5 languages is enough for the moment...

speaking of not being here. my brain took a vacation and forgot to leave me with this cool promotional logo! FEAST YOUR EYES on THIS!

I can relate so much! The brain glitches between two languages, at times when I’m speaking Italian I translate something from English literally and my friends look at me like “eh??” 😅 instead of speaking two languages I speak neither one correctly now 😂
