Honestly, the only people who could de-escalate is the administration, too, because the protestors can't de-escalate without just leaving and that wouldn't stop ICE from killing. And as we see, the administration will use its own violence as their rationale for further escalation.

Every person involved with ICE from top to bottom needs to be put on trial and long prison sentences given. If that's what you consider reform, then you are on the same page as rationale people; otherwise you are just giving sugar pills to treat cancer
