My research concerns the investigation of the high-definition computer-controlled printing of silicones, specifically for printing viscous silicones for use as an outer coating for facial prosthetics. This involves examining and understanding new methods of atomising these viscous silicones..

I can think of just a few use cases for “ai”:
Accessability (text-to-speech, live subtitles, prosthetics aids, blindness aids and so on), weather broadcasting and probably other simulated research stuff with loads of variables, ad vanced web-search, making ruzzians *good* with drones.
That’s it

The who prosthetics are as impressive as they are terrifying. fucking analog horror looking ass race of gremlins

and the range of emotions that Andrew Robinson puts out even through the face prosthetics. first confusion. then shock. then clearly restrained but still a feigned cordial politeness. and then utter genocidal wide-eyed rage/madness. but WHILE still being logical. just faaaantastic

I saw a guy explain Tdude prosthetics and this is apparently how some trans dudes get their shit going, they just pump their balls

I think there were so many delays BHS that at one point this video was almost scrapped because prosthetics I was using or trying to use were failing me😤
So happy with the project and wouldnt change a thing🐺👌🏼💦

Underwear and nude refs for fun. Technically I guess mobian society would allow them to be naked like this, but that otherwise very much isn't Kiwi's style.

Arridor was played by Dan Shor in both episodes. Kol was recast, but under heavy prosthetics at least looked nearly identical.

Yeah I was drawing Vana's prosthetic right before we got this skin and was looking up real world prosthetics.
Those 'realistic' attachments usually on the feet look like those CPR dummies and it's pretty obvious they aren't real meanwhile Gw2 its just the characters actual foot still moving..

Saw IS THIS THING ON. Is that just what Will Arnett looks like these days or is he wearing Bradley Cooper's leftover MAESTRO prosthetics?

- which doesn't necessarily look bad per se (most of the time), but you can tell early on they made a conscious decision to have the aliens be as alien as they could possibly be so they could get away with full body prosthetics and VFX, -

Something that really gets me is watching TNG in HD and you can absolutely see so many instances of the alien character's make up prosthetics edges and the very clearly absolutely not Patrick Stewart stunt doubles and etc, and then you look at Discovery for instance, -

Years ago I interviewed @actordougjones.bsky.social at Dragon Con & asked him what kind of movies he would like to do that didn't involve prosthetics. He told me his dream was to do a cosy Christmas movie where he got to wear a nice sweater.

Nice to see his wish is coming true this holiday season.
If you missed us in the theaters, ALL IS MERRY AND BRIGHT is now on Amazon Prime , included with your subscription (also for rental or purchase for non-members).

I would not say I'm a furry, but I have long fantasized about making/acquiring a set of elaborate bat creature prosthetics and walking around my neighborhood at night as a cryptid

Some time ago I mentioned that I’m a fan of @maryroach.bsky.social & that I’ve been reading her new book, _Replaceable You._ It covers transplantation, prosthetics, body part enhancement & the like. She deals with the frontier of regenerative medicine.

Fascinating reading — but not at dinner time.

You could also wear a flesh tone thermal body stocking adorned with glitter. Or maybe bread-tag size sequins! Assemble an assortment of wigs and prosthetics...

It's not even a stretch of the imagination to see "clanker" used on people with more advanced prosthetics/outright cybernetic prosthetics.

"Humans are running out of ideas" Hobbyists are literally designing prosthetics & other adaptive gear that you can have printed on demand & sharing their iterations. I watched a guy develop a coating with mechanical & chemical heat shedding capabilities at home. Maybe look for innovators

What's she doing with her face there? She looks like she's wearing the face prosthetics of an alien from Star Trek.
