I'll throw on my classical bucketlist thing I got to do within the last few years:

I got to see Messiaen's Turangalîla-Symphonie live.

It has massive, complicated instrumentation and is seldom performed. I got to see it at the Schermerhorn in Nashville for my birthday one year.
