I want to be author of a paper about cancer biomarkers.
You're in luck! We're running a 1/2-price special on processed-alloy papers!
What good is that! I'm an oncologist, not a metallurgist.
We'll tie a sign to it that says 'cancer'. Do you want the text or not?
OK then.

"These are gold", as the metallurgist said on their symposium on pyrite
protest sign ideas:

Why Are You Fighting So Hard For Something That Does Not Make You Happy

Did You See The Contractors He Stiffed On TV And Decide That You Wanted To Make The Same Deal They Did But With Your Soul

He's Going To Be Dead Soon

It Is Okay To Admit That Your Father Was A Monster

Correct, scrap or pig iron (retired founfry metallurgist here); the statement in the Guardian about replacing blast furnaces with electric arc furnaces is utter nonsense. Also, metal is money, and how successive UK governments have consistently let it go into foreign ownership is ludicrous.

ABOUT SHEFFIELD 2/10: “The Steel City” helped drive the Industrial Revolution. It’s still home to the world’s oldest surviving crucible steel furnace and it's the birthplace of stainless steel, invented by metallurgist Harry Brearley while finding a way to stop erosion in gun barrels. #askwxm

Here is my fav Badger, Greg Miskinis. He played for the University of Wisconsin. We had a ton of fun selling his Waupaca Foundry iron for IndyCar, NASCAR, and IMSA teams. Our connection to Wisconsin is that my wife's grandma lived in Oshkosh in this 4-room home.

iirc, hearts were just a visual shorthand for boars in Japan at the time. So this axe would have been hardcore.

(Why is it pink? Dunno, ask a metallurgist.)

My wife's family is from Oshkosh, WI. This photo captures my wife in front of her grandma's four-room home, where she raised four kids. The car is our first Porsche. The big man played four Wisconsin as a linebacker. He helped us launch our IndyCar and NASCAR brake rotors - Waupaca Foundry.

FYI, the Titanic didnt fail b/ it hit an iceburg that night.

It failed b/ long before that metallurgist told them it would. the cheap steel they used had microscopic cracks& wouldnt stand up to the stress of a rapid turn against the force of waves. If they use the right steel, the boat doesnt sink
“Maybe his speechwriter hates him.”

Thinking about an old friend, recently passed at the age of 87.

The only metallurgist to quote Shakespeare at me in answer to a question about a steel micrograph.

MovieBob teams up with problematic, identitarian conman and disgraced metallurgist, Vladimir Putin, in a new podcast which promises to be as shitty as you're imagining it to be.

I reread your article, Fergus; it is still quite good. my dad was a chemist metallurgist and spectrographer; he used to take me to the lab of Anaconda American Brass where he worked; that included doing spectography. I think my child's brain was quite ready to learn about prisms, accepted the info.👍

Machado probably had a jeweler or metallurgist cast a duplicate Nobel Peace Prize medallion and put it behind glass in that frame, that’s what I saw on the internet, everyone knows it.
