Did you know your appendix can go from enlarged to inflamed to bursting in less than 24 hours? After an unexpected appendectomy and a 4 day hospital stay, I am finally home and in my own bed. Recovery is going to take a while but I look forward to drawing again 🧡💤✨

I am finally back home from the hospital stuff back and forth, and got medication and finally can get back to sitting infront of the pc propperly again, but i will take it slow and easy.

I greatly overestimated my ability to do anything after getting home from the hospital. I was excited, but now I am laying face down in bed forever. I'm fully off the Oxy's now(Have been a couple weeks now) and I mentally feel worse than I did before being off them.

Home pulse oximetry is more a reassurance when well. Not a “should I go to hospital” decider. If you/kid feel terrible it’s time to go… even if people make faces and grumble.

Spanish Boyfriend is currently quarantined at home with this strain. He was sent home from the hospital even though he had a 40°C fever because the hospital was packed. (That was a few days ago; he's doing better now.)
