I cannot stress enough that tax exiles have no fucking right whatsoever to accuse anyone of draining resources. And Billionaires should especially keep their heads down before bullets - rhetorical, figurative or literal - start flying.

Once I finish getting my V Counts assembled (just got 40 skeletons, 20 grave guard, and 10 black knights to go), I'll get my current phase 1 Chaos Warriors together.
