No, but encountered some incidents where judges were doing sua sponte sanctions/disqualifications of a similar sort, and our Supreme Court smacked that down bc office of disciplinary counsel has exclusive jurisdiction to issue those kinds of orders

We think anyone convicted of a driving offence should have a full driving ban until sentencing, with no exceptions, so there is no chance of that person being able to drive whilst waiting for sentencing.
