**초록:** 약리유전체학 기반 맞춤형 약물 치료는 부작용 감소 및 치료 효과 증진에 기여할 수 있는 잠재력을 지니고 있다. 본 연구는 혈소판 응집 억제제(Antiplatelet Agents, APAs) 치료 반응에 영향을 미치는 유전자 다형성을 분석하고, 이를 기반으로 임상적 예측 모델을 개발하여 혈전성 질환 환자의 치료 효과를 최대화하고 부작용 위험을 최소화하는 것을 목표로 한다. 특히, 클로피도그렐(Clopidogrel)과 같은 ATP-dependent P2Y12 수용체 억제제의 효과는 AB CB177819AA, CYP2C19*2, *3 유전자 다형성에 따라 개인차가 큰 것으로 알려져 있다.
