I was very sceptical of the KDH signing and now I know why. Either play him deeper or use as a squad player. Alcarez offers much more.

Swap Alcarez and Grealish; put N’Diaye back on the right. Stick Barry up front. Drop Tarkowski for Keane. Garner at right back for now, pending Patterson who, despite is limitations, is better at right back than anyone else at the club right now, which is damning but true.
