#Tearooms
This is the most beautiful tearooms and our favourite place to visit when in #Glasgow 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 💙 they always look after you and the food, cakes, tea & coffee are excellent.
Beautiful interior of The Willow Tearoom in Glasgow inspired by Charles Rennie Mackintosh. 1st photo taken in Kelvingrove museum. His work is amazing and much is to be found in and around Glasgow where he was born in 1868.

Wasn’t there a situation in Glasgow where there two rival Miss Cranston’s tearooms, one in the original location and the other the original reconstruction? A potentially similar situation might be on the cards here!
Six stained glass windows by the legendary artist Harry Clarke are the property of the owners of the building housing Bewley's Café, rather than the café itself, the Supreme Court ruled today jrnl.ie/6960724

Johnny Ronan’s company RGRE Grafton Limited has been embroiled in a legal battle over the ownership of the windows with Bewley’s Cafe for several years.

Woodhall Spa is an elegant small town in Lincolnshire, England, renowned for its Edwardian character, pine woods, spa culture & World War II history - RAF Squadrons & army battalions were based here. There's shopping, tearooms, a cinema in the woods, a lido, tennis, bowls & national golf course.

Went to Bride Tearooms this afternoon. It has much improved with the new ownership. As there was no horse to eat, had a crispy chicken stirfry, they were good at it 🤣 Sad thing is that once the had done it I ate them with rice

In 2014, a woman called Ceila Sinclair bought the Sauchiehall Street premises, where the original Willow Tearooms had opened in 1903. The building was closed for a £10m renovation.

But another Willow Tea Rooms *had* been operating at the site since 1983, run by Anne Mulhern.

So I live like 35 minutes from the place that makes Bonnet cheese.

I am so tempted to see if I can persuade the spouse and the kiddo to take the trip out to visit their cheese shop and tearooms.
