Just bumped into my lovely old couple neighbours, had a brief chat about the bonfire, before the conversation turned onto flags on lampposts.
She immediately started on "I'm not a racist but ..." and "those Muslims"
I fear they are victims of the narrative they've been fed - so insidious!
