7.5 mile circular walk with my sister today, starting at Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, and heading off towards Chirk, along The Offa's Dyke path, before turning up into the hills, affording the opportunity for great views down The Dee Valley towards Castell Dinas Brân and Llangollen 🏴

Lots of hardy souls up at Arrowe Park yesterday, for a local (North West) Cross Country league race.
Some tricky muddy sections for them to negotiate, especially through the woods, but even on the grass, the going was heavy, which must be so energy sapping.
Leading runners were impressively fast!

I was surprised to see the best of the #sunset display in the clouds due south today, rather than in the southwest sky, which was unremarkable.
