Yep.
In general though, despite allowing themselves to be backed into a corner here, BBC News must resist any attempt to be threatened or intimidated by any 3rd party, to dial back on reporting facts /
truth, or to refrain from quality investigative journalism, calling out lies or injustice.

What they don't need is journalists signalling their own views, acting as 'personalities'. I find Breakfast TV especially infuriating for this.
BBC news attracts criticism from left and right, often valid, but they do a lot of good stuff too. Important not to be constrained by political blowhards.

BBC have journalists such as Ros Atkins and Marianna Spring, doing great work on fact checking and countering misinformation.
They need to concentrate more on this, and ensure their quest for balance doesn't equate to putting speculative conspiracy theorists against eminent experts.
Need a reset

Exactly this!
Providing the biggest exponent of post truth 'alternative facts', and outright lies, the tactical, opportunity to score an open goal, using all his powers of fake outrage, is just so tactically stupid. There was no need - just report impartially - facts speak for themselves. No need!

They should have plates like this, with separate compartments for everything, like the coffee shop in Prenton, opposite Sainsburys, does for their Turkish breakfasts.
Would mitigate against the worst effects of beans juice seepage 🤔👍

Hmmm, I can only imagine that lashing the butter on like that is a half-hearted attempt to form a breakwater between the egg yolk and beans juice? 🤷🤔🤣

The BBC need to do better, and take more stringent steps to ensure the accuracy and veracity of it's news & current affairs output, but nevertheless, the audacity of the post truth, 'alternative facts' regime in the US crying foul is staggering.
So annoying that the BBC have played into their hands

I still have recurring stress dreams about that place! 😱 In hindsight, I think being autistic, but undiagnosed at the time, did not help my tolerance of, or ability to cope with, disorganised chaos - I just couldn't figure out why most people were seemingly okay with winging it? 🤷♂️

Are you one of those (that my Auntie Lucy used to describe as) 'heathens', Bruce, or are you now belatedly converted into belief in seagulls?

Actually, thinking about it, if I use the Shropshire Union Canal as the boundary, that would put Blacon on the peninsula too 👍
