Soup, but should be at rooster prices? Remember the lamb/hogget scandal or horse meat substitutions. Should be honest. I have to specially order stringy skirt steak for pasties, otherwise it’s minced or in the dogfood packs. Makes an ok curry, but chickpeas are better.

I was scraping the ginger off of both sides of the grater before, but the side you grate with catches the fibers* which you dont want cos theyre all stringy

*in theory. I don't think the holes on the grater i have are small enough, but if i grate in circles, it works out for some reason
