Time to get more Gothic! After @sarahstubbssays.bsky.social mentioned the 1818 text of Frankenstein, I decided to get that. I think this will be the one I read as I’ve not read this one. Dragonwyck was a gothic movie suggested by Del Toro in an interview and I’d never seen it PLUS Vincent Price!

I don't care if they ARE the last place that has "stock" of pre-orders, I'm never ordering from GameStop again. What a complete mess. Their retail is broken. Their "customer service" is beyond a joke. I refuse to even step foot into their stores ever again.

The best croissant I’ve ever had. From a local bakery, Hopscotch. I think they’re $5 each but honestly worth every penny. I get them once every three months or so though 😅

Watched Herzog’s Aguirre, The Wrath of God. An intriguing minimalist film with some truly hypnotic shots. Definitely “deliberately paced” as the explorers trying to find El Dorado succumb to the dangers of the Amazon and themselves. Humans following charismatic madmen to their doom. #FilmSky
