I found a contact link for Goodreads to complain about the stupid sign-in link issue!

Screengrab of complain to Goodreads: As of this week, when I am attempting to share review links on social media, the review link just comes up as the sign-in page. People who aren't on Goodreads therefore can't read the review without signing in. I hope this is a bug. If it is a deliberate decision, I think it is damaging and short-sighted. It will decrease traffic to the site; it also reduces discoverability for authors by making it harder to share reviews, at a time when many larger outlets and review blogs are closing down. I am, according to your data, one of the top 100 reviewers on the site and #6 in the United Kingdom. I am giving very serious consideration to moving to Storygraph over this issue. I hope it is a bug.

Storygraph is so incredible. I filed a ticket because I noticed a book I read was missing the author, only had the illustrator, and within 20 mins a volunteer librarian had fixed it.

I opened Storygraph and the first book I see on the TBR pile is Sick Kids in Love by Hannah Moskowitz. How appropriate. I remember at the time, the 5ft apart movie was coming out and there were criticisms of its approach to chronic illness and this was a rec for a better approach #tbruary

I finally finished this collection of shorts by @johnlangan.bsky.social today. I am still reading the story notes, but Storygraph review should come up this week. I highly recommend checking this author out, he’s a wonderful guy, tirelessly plugs for other authors, and his stories are so creative.

I did not care for this book. It felt twice as long as it really needed to be, and doesn't seem to lead into the 3rd book.
