I never claimed Harper was going to destroy Canada or was a fascist despite knowing he was a POS. Sort of Canadas version of Dick Cheney without the massive corruption. However, Pierre Poilivre and his core followers are dangerous ideologues, they will cause irreparable harm and must be stopped.

People all over the world vote strangely and aren't smart. Canada themselves were about to put in Pierre Poilivre. That was a foregone conclusion. If the American election was after the Canadian one, you would have two far right leaders in Canada and USA.

That should fill me with hope that Poilivre will finally be exposed for the hateful person he is and the party will dump him. But it's the RCMP investigating. So maybe in 5 or more years we might hear something.
