After decades of the Conservative Party being the lonely party of rich people and corporations and realizing that wasn't enough votes to ever get elected to anything, the Manning/Harper Reform Party came along to drag Canada's uneducated nitwits and bible thumpers into the fold. And here we are.
Well he got 87% of the 2500 or so (of 4,000) who bothered to show up and shell out the $1000.00 for the privilege. So 87% is really about 56%.

Doug Ford blew $230+ Million tax dollars in 2018 to cancel renewable energy projects.. and he cancelled the already in place Ontario cap and trade agreement - which would have made Ontario a net profit of a few BILLION$ and was the reason why Ontario was even subjected to the federal carbon tax.
