In Parliament Conservative nitwits are ranting about 'crime' when rates are actually down. 2006-2015 Harper and Poilievre crime bills included a 6 month mandatory minimum sentence for growing pot for personal use, subjecting even terminally ill Canadians using medicinal pot to criminal prosecution.

After decades of the Conservative Party being the lonely party of rich people and corporations and realizing that wasn't enough votes to ever get elected to anything, the Manning/Harper Reform Party came along to drag Canada's uneducated nitwits and bible thumpers into the fold. And here we are.
It’s time to have an honest discussion about critical thinking.

The less educated you are, the more likely you are to vote Conservative.
Support for the Conservative Party of Canada decreases with education
There is an inverse relationship between education and support for the Conservative Party of Canada.

Well he got 87% of the 2500 or so (of 4,000) who bothered to show up and shell out the $1000.00 for the privilege. So 87% is really about 56%.

Doug Ford blew $230+ Million tax dollars in 2018 to cancel renewable energy projects.. and he cancelled the already in place Ontario cap and trade agreement - which would have made Ontario a net profit of a few BILLION$ and was the reason why Ontario was even subjected to the federal carbon tax.

Trump's level of stupidity, er, insanity, is on a scale never before charted by science; blocking the bridge is only going to damage Michigan's economy and American export businesses, unnecessarily disrupt supply chains and put Americans out of work.

Ads like this by the Conservatives should make every Canadian recoil in disgust. For where have we heard this before? Poilievre's bullshit is about diverting our tax money from social services to social isolation and prison warehousing, like in the USA, where it has been such a ‘great success.’

Gee.. I wonder how many kids were unnecessarily belted and slapped around by Maw and Paw Kettle and not allowed to work anymore at their NO GAYS ALLOWED BBQ truck.

The abject bigotry on display and the pride and ugly enjoyment revelling in and celebrating it is simply gruesome. Yet as he shits himself, short sighted racial, ethnic and English Only white guy Republican bigotry is shifting the American political dynamic hard and fast to the Democratic Party.
Congressman wants to round up and deport people who liked Bad Bunny’s show. This is the Republican Party.

In Question Period Pierre Poilievre's CPC gaslight the House and Canadians saying 'consumer bankruptcies are higher today than ever.'
There were 140,457 bankruptcies in 2025.
There were 20,000 more (160,000) in 2009 under Harper and Poilievre and 145,000 bankruptcies in 2010, both more than today.

The Gordie Howe Bridge is owned jointly by Canada and Michigan .. built with steel and iron and unionized workers from both countries. Canada paid, upfront, for the entire building cost. And Trump approved it in his first term for crissake and fast tracked it. Sick and tired of these MAGA dingbats..
Q: Why has the president changed his mind on the Gordie Howe bridge?

LEAVITT: The fact that Canada will control what crossed the bridge and owns the land on both sides is unacceptable to the president

Listening to Pierre Poilievre try to debate economics with @mark-carney.bsky.social in Question Period is hilarious; PP just accused Carney of using 'slogans..'
Poilievre was never even a plumber and certainly isn’t an economist, much less the fiscal genius his backbench sheep seem to think he is.

Rep Raskin reports he reviewed the full unredacted Epstein Files & Trump's name appears MORE THAN A MILLION TIMES.

We knew of 38K times—meaning we know of only ~3% of Trump's involvement with a convicted child sexual abuser & sex trafficker.

Anyone still unwilling to impeach & remove is complicit.

Pierre Poilievre's dingbat Conservative Party MPs are abusing Question Period 'Statements' again by not making statements about their individual ridings/constituents to instead recite scripted canned slogans written at the Connie War Room - unwittingly making Canadian voters despise them even more.

Toddlers that have actually been born?
Not so much.
Religiously insane Christian Taliban bible thumping Republicans seem to hate toddlers so much that they even want to banish them from the planet.

Canadians get gas lit far too much already by Pierre Poilievre and his Conservative Jesus Party let alone with this stupid shit. 'Ice' hockey? I get it that MAGA is dumb as mud .. but holy fck ..
Jim Lahey would be a far better President than Trump could be as a manager of run down trailer park.

Ibbitson - a laughable Harper/Poilievre CPC butt smoocher so far gone off the deep end he swims in the same greasy polluted waters as chief CPC butt kisser John Ivison - seems to forget Canadians punted Harper back over his Alberta firewall all those years ago for a good reason - or ten.

Pierre Poilievre hey??
His 'Fair' Elections Act - which was designed to obstruct non-Conservative voters from voting at all.

Elections Canada Compliance Agreement ..
Gee ..
Oh ya.. let's elect that guy ..

Majority of people in his own riding didn't want anything to do with Poilievre either. PP said he would limit MP's to two terms; apparently he meant two decades. Or maybe two generations. That is how true to his word Canadians can take this dingbat who only excels at mooching off taxpayer largesse.
February 10, 2026 at 6:17 PM
35% siding with Poilievre on crime is just such BULLSHIT. He and Harper tripled the cost to run Canada’s federal corrections system - and according to The Canadian Bar Assn all we got for it was inaccessible courts, the inappropriate jailing of mentally ill minor offenders, and NO crime reduction.
