That was a time when America was seen as a trustworthy nation. Ukraine couldn't have foreseen that the US would elect a criminal who never keeps his word unless it profits him.

I signed. I was referred to a private clinic for cataract surgery. They tried to sell me expensive upgraded lenses and lens measurements. They were quite pushy about it. I refused and asked my doctor to refer me to the hospital's eye clinic. Very glad I did.
